Jail For Handing Out Straws, But Not For Killing An Unborn Baby.

Why can a person be prosecuted more for handing out plastic, but get away with murder (liberally) easily?

I asked the people at Cheese Cake Factory if I could have a handful of straws. Once I told them why, they gladly said yes!
